We will therefore happily refund you, or exchange items returned to us within 10 days of receipt. This applies only to products in their original packaging, un-used and in same the condition it left our store.
You are personally responsible for (already paid) transport costs.
If your order contained a free gift, you do not have to return the gift.
If you are not satisfied for any reason with your item, you can return it to us. This applies only to products in their original packaging, un-used and in same the condition as it left our store. The customer is personally responsible for (already paid) shipping costs. They are not refundable.
Please write your bank account number (IBAN and BIC/SWIFT) on the back of your delivery note. If we do not receive a bank account number, you will receive a voucher valid for one month. There is a possibility to send it back to OUTFIT bvba (within one month!), accompanied by your bank account number.
Every item must be returned in its original packing, un-used, complete and in the same condition as it left our store.
Non-prepaid or COD shipments will be refused. If your items are damaged, the shipping costs will be refunded.
Abnormal refunds or abuse: OUTFIT bvba reserves the right to refuse your next order.
Products not eligible for return:
Custom-made or custom-tailored items (e.g. trousers made specifically to your size)
Embroidered or printed items (with your logo/text)
Damaged or soiled items (by customer) and worn clothing.
Items whose packaging is not the original, or incomplete items.
Items damaged by negligence, misuse or repair by others or yourself.
The above items remain in the possession of OUTFIT bvba and will be paid by the customer.
